In the 1970's I lived in a small southern community. Although schools had been desegregated the physician's office still maintained separate entrances and waiting rooms for niggers. They did not complain because the Doctor was providing medical services to them free of charge or under the sham of a billing system they never paid, he subsidized it with his white patients and writing the loss off of his taxes I guess. Whites in that area in my parents generation felt the need to "help" their black parasites as they were unable to help themselves. Some venues though were exclusively white , by precedent. As an example the local movie theater did not state that blacks were not allowed, but nevertheless the niggers understood they were not welcome. In 1971 that all changed. The operator of the theater got greedy. Certain days of the week were not as popular as others. He would also run cheaper films that were not as popular, but I guess his profit margin was increased for those that did frequent the theater. In 1971 he decided to run the movie Shaft on Sunday night. He distributed flyers in the black side of town announcing it's illustrious premier. Of course being invited, the niggers came. This was not well received in the white community and white attendance began to decrease, while Sunday night and Monday were declared "soul nights" at the venue. Other films like Roxy Brown were run. Within weeks the theater became very seedy, the white clientele noticed that the seats and carpet were filthy and the bathrooms were broken. Whites boycotted the theater completely and it was nigger night every night. Within months the theater had stabbing, cops , fights, and eventually it closed under bankruptcy.
Funny you would mention, ‘soul nights’. I was a teenaged lane attendant at a Houston bowling alley in the early 80’s and we had a twice monthly event called, ‘Soul Bowl’. It was intended to attract niggers to the sport. 99 percent of regular bowlers were white. We used to draw straws to see who worked the ‘Soul Bowl’ shifts. Whites would walk in, look around, and leave. The family fun atmosphere was gone.
They tried to leave an empty lane between groups of niggers to reduce the fighting. We didn’t have the fancy automatic scoring system back then that they have now days. Bowlers were issued a sheet of celluloid to project on the overhead. 90 percent of these nigs couldn’t do the simple math to keep score. They treated lane attendants like we were their personal score keeping valets; they never tipped. We had 44 lanes to attend to. If you left to go do your job, they would stop bowling because they couldn’t do the math and be mad when you worked your way back around. If an unusually smart nigger tried to help stranger nigs in adjoining pits, those dumb nigs took it as disrespect, especially if they had women with them, and sometimes that caused trouble. The dumb nigs were not interested at all in being shown how to score a game.
Some of the white lane attendants would score the nig games so that their black girlfriends won, even though they always threw gutter balls. These bitches had long glue on nails and couldn’t get their fingers in the ball holes, so they bowled between their legs. Nogs would get agitated when the final tally proclaimed the queens of the gutter to be the winner. But they didn’t have the counting skills to prove they were being fucked with. You’ve never seen anything more emasculating than a black bitch that thinks she beat a man at bowling. The peacocking, wagging of the finger, the chicken necking, and always the loud shit talking. That’s one nig that won’t be back for Soul Bowl, so the mis-scoring had a mission beyond just being fun.
Just in front of the ball return is a trap door in the wooden approach where we lane attendant have to regularly replace the terry cloth ball wipe. The lanes are covered in oil which makes the balls slippery, just before the ball comes up the return it gets spun every which way so that the cloth wipes the oil from the ball. Sometimes that cloth rips and gets wrapped up around the ball and jams the mechanism. A light comes on telling you to stop bowling. The nigs didn’t stop and just kept bowling, getting new balls off the rack until they had god knows how many balls in the tube. We lane attendants lifted the trap door and couldn’t clear the first ball. It was the mother of all jams.
We had to call Dale. Dale was the mechanic and he spent his entire shift in the back with ear muffs on. You almost never saw the guy. He already disliked blacks, but one day he caught some blacks stealing his truck behind the alley and as they sped off they ran over his foot with his own truck. He had a permanent limp and that propelled him to grand dragon levels of hate.
So Dale is summoned. He comes out of his hatch carrying a baseball bat long wrench that looks like something you would need to unbolt the Queen Mary’s propeller. We had never seen him with this wrench before so we thought this is going to be a major job. Turns out he brought the wrench just in case he needed to beat someone with it.
Dale looks in the trap, wraps the base of the wrench with a rag from his pocket, lays it down. Then he gets to work. This was premeditated as he didn’t want to swing his wrench with oily hands. The nigs game had been interrupted now by about 10 minutes and they were starting to get mouthy. Dale was yelling at them for failing to heed the big red light next to a plaque that told them to stop bowling if the light came on. He questioned their ability to read. Dales in the trap trying to clear it and looking quite furious. Nigs were trash talking and wanting free food.
One nig was more than a recreational bowler and had brought his own ball that was among the jammed. Nig said, ‘dat purple one is my personalized ball and I’m gonna take you outside if you fuck it up, white boy’. To this Dale responds, ‘How many balls did you have to steal before you got one with your name on it? And don’t call me boy, Boy.’
Hooting commenced, and ten niggers stood up. Dale seized his prepped wrench and was ready to kill all comers. Some of the nigs ran to a near by rack and armed themselves with 8 pound balls to hurl at him. Me and three other weaponless lane attendants were standing with him when this happened and the nigs seemed just as mad at us as they were with Dale. And suddenly, there were cops. We don’t know who called them. This was before cell phones. The cops herded the blacks out while Dale continued to taunt them. It was pretty tense in there for a few hours.
But thankfully, our doctor didn't need any of that; we just had no niggers at all in our area. They were a curiosity to behold when visiting the old part of town, south of downtown out in the city [usually by mistake].
