I'm sure this will totally work in real life. The officer will just laugh and say "Ya you're right, have a nice day". He surely won't get pissed at your lack of submission and start trying to fuck with you in whatever way he can.
Cops have a million ways to fuck with people that don't sufficiently simper and bow. Also, as far as I understand even if you don't admit to speeding, or whatever other infraction, they can and will still give you a revenue generating bill.
I always confront the officer tell them it's a tax and not doing anything especially when it'd 11 mph over the limit or something minor. Thrn I tell them can't wait to see you in court I'm self employed and have plenty of free time.. ohhh I know you will be there busy because you get paid time and half to sit on your ass and lie to citizen about the danger I caused by going 11 mph over the speed limit! Give me a break see ya there buddy
They don't show up many times and ticket gets dismissed or you drag it out tell the prosecutor you are not prepared need another week wink at the cop if he showed up and try to keep moving it around worse case? You pay the original ticket amount best case cop is on vacation it gets dropped

Best case is you don't antagonize the cop in the first place and he let's you go. I've been stopped multiple times for speeding and have never gotten a ticket.
That never works. What you are supposed to do is roll down your window a quarter inch and repeate the phrases "Am I being detained?!" And "Am I free to leave?!"
It probably follows from mens rea. A guilty conscience requires intent to harm or at least indifference to causing harm, and harm requires a harmed party. That said, society is often claimed to be the victim even when society is merely a body-double for the state. This is authoritarian in nature.
"The right to travel is a part of the liberty of which the citizen cannot be deprived without due process of law under the Fifth Amendment." [Kent v. Dulles, 357 U.S. 116, 125 (1958)]
Just because people are too fucking stupid. Its not a CRIME you fucking mooks! Its a Violation and you agreed to this when you signed the agreement for your DRIVING privileges.
"Personal liberty, or the Right to enjoyment of life and liberty, is one of the fundamental or natural Rights, which has been protected by its inclusion as a guarantee in the various constitutions, which is not derived from, or dependent on, the U.S. Constitution, which may not be submitted to a vote and may not depend on the outcome of an election. It is one of the most sacred and valuable Rights, as sacred as the Right to private property ... and is regarded as inalienable."
16 C.J.S., Constitutional Law, Sect.202, p.987
This concept is further amplified by the definition of personal liberty:
"Personal liberty largely consists of the Right of locomotion -- to go where and when one pleases -- only so far restrained as the Rights of others may make it necessary for the welfare of all other citizens. The Right of the Citizen to travel upon the public highways and to transport his property thereon, by horse drawn carriage, wagon, or automobile, is not a mere privilege which may be permitted or prohibited at will, but the common Right which he has under his Right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Under this Constitutional guarantee one may, therefore, under normal conditions, travel at his inclination along the public highways or in public places, and while conducting himself in an orderly and decent manner, neither interfering with nor disturbing another's Rights, he will be protected, not only in his person, but in his safe conduct."

Speeding is not a crime when you are free. While employed however, you cannot speed as you have given up your rights while you do labor on contract.
