A lot of the industry went out of business and had layoffs in the past 20 years. No one cared when oil was cheap. Now they want to complain that oil companies are making profits. It's a boom and bust industry. Always has been.

Could you please temporarily restart your oil refineries (or at least make it seem that you are doing so)?
