It Was Only 5 Clicks to Buy a Gun (BE SCARED!)

They say "At no time were we asked for proof of age or of a clean criminal record, both of which are legally required to buy a firearm." but then say that happens later. They know damn well that will rile up morons who don't understand how gun purchases work.

Then end it with" Still, the fact that shopping for a firearm does not feel noticeably different than ordering those everyday items is a telling commentary on the prevalence of guns in US culture."
OH, it feels easy (before you actually did the background check). Well, feelings are all that matter.

So that gun was over $1800 and we are supposed to believe a McDonald's employee paid for that, another rifle, body armour, ammo and sights?!

We all know the FBI paid for his equipment.

So can we get that question answered in a foia request?

How expensive would it be to buy that in Texas?

Can't we put a number on that?!

I'm sure the ammo wasn't cheep. Probably a dollar per round or close to that. And that's a lot of mags. How much?

It's not hard to save up a few thousand dollars, particularly when you live with your parents.

Yes, but if he had that kind of discipline he wouldn't be depressed, hanging out on glowy discords and getting recruited by feds. He'd be pursuing his own goals.

Ignorant motherfuckers. Put the inflammatory stuff at the start then add the actual facts toward the end. Typical libtards won't read the whole thing but will accept the first part bullshit as fact. I'm beginning to think we need a reign of terror with people like this author on the list. Such absolute bullshit passing for reporting.

Lügenpresse knows what they're doing. They really likened it to "buying off Amazon" but brushed off the major part of the process (going to get it and bring it back home).

They're writing for retards...and what they're doing works.

Scared of what? Before 'background checks' We all had our firearms in our cars, AT SCHOOL, and NO ONE was EVER shot. I had my own firearms at 10 years old and at 69, i Still have shot NO ONE (neither have my firearms). The only fear i have is not being ready ( i am) to shoot the insane criminal that preys on the disarmed sheep.

Firearms at school are a massive deterrent to mass shootings. All mass shooter events happen in gun free zones.

[ - ] Prairie 5 points 2.0 yearsMay 27, 2022 23:44:03 ago (+5/-0)

They're still just as far from getting a gun. For a gun stocked by the store or one ordered to the store, they have to go to the gun store, fill out forms, present ID etc. and probably wait a few days for a background check, then come back and pay and pick it up.

If that scares this author, wait until he reads about private purchases.

It should be easier than that. As a matter of fact, I think the government should issue every boy a rifle at the age of 10 and a pistol at 12. They pay for all kinds of shit that isn’t in the constitution, why not arms?

[ - ] Rawrination 0 points 2.0 yearsMay 29, 2022 10:46:23 ago (+0/-0)

I’m not sure about being able to take it home but rifle and gun class used to be part of school.
