Russia still loses. They are and will be treated like Pariah by the rest of the world. they will be exposed to guerrilla actions, reprisals and terrorism on their territory and Sweden and Finland are joining NATO. Putin is on his way out, he is sick and will die soon, whomever replaces him will pay the price of unrest in Russia, they will be internally weakened for at least a decade.
