I would be up for dismantling society, imprisoning probably 25% of current leaders for life, 50% for 2-7 years (no probation), and use the remaining 25% as aids to redevelop the next iteration.

Totally redo the medical system - the nepotism has rotted throughout. Imprison all the political families and strip their wealth (bushes, Clinton's, etc)

If done right, in maybe 10-20 years people will start to be able to trust the system again and we can move forward. Then I might start thinking about listening to medical experts and taking vaccines again
