The issue is that the order says COMIRNATY must be administered, but then they tried to pull a bait and switch and say the biontech vaccine is the same and the two are interchangeable. No comirnaty is available for use yet, so this order literally CANNOT be followed.

They have different ingredients and are legally distinct. This is an illegal order. Nobody cares. Just doing what they are told.
