Cheese ages well, which is why it's usually aged. And WW3 hasn't broken out. The only reason any terrorist won was because they worked for the CIA. In other words, jews won.
I had a buddy from Sheboygan. His mom and dad were literally off the boat from Germany after WW2. He drank beer like it was mother's milk. His farts were the worst I or anybody else ever smelled. He could literally clear a room. We called him the "Cheese-eating Nazi".

Good man. From Waukesha but have been on the move for the last five years. Cedar Valley Cheese has ridiculously good string cheese and curds. Every so often they have free shipping in the continental US. Saves me $80 in shipping...and they get a $200 order.
Shows up within three days to California...just usually wait for cold weather to make sure it survives.
With living in Florida, do you get used to not having four seasons?

It's really just the opposite of Wisconsin. In Wisconsin you either stay in the house for 6 months because its too cold or you take extreme measures to be ok with it. Same thing down here. Be ready to sweat. I've acclimated to 85 degrees or more so 9 months of the year are VERY tolerable.
Right. I don't have to scrape sunshine off of my windshield. Sunshine won't block the locks on my car. I don't have to shovel sunshine before I can move my car. Snow is a dealbreaker for me now.

That's the kicker. I end up getting 12 pounds of string cheese, several bags of curds and some specialty bricks. Getting one or two small things makes shipping not worth it.
Did you know a shit ton of Wisconsin cheese is made with California milk? It’s a fact. I know a trucker who picks up barrels of milk halfway through the process in the Central Valley, Madera I think, and hauls it to Wisconsin for the finish. That makes it Wisconsin cheese.
The skill is making it into the final product. I would imagine places like Sargento have a massive demand where getting molk from out of state makes sense.
Small creameries would use local farms though...if it wasn't already part of a dairy farm.

Heck of a shipping deal they have there for less than 2 pounds of cheese. I'm not that desperate for curds.
