this is probably another reason they militarized local law enforcement. cant have subjects living in peace.

The gov derives it's powers from the "legitimate" use of force. Using force against them totally fucks with them.

if they can send men with guns to your house you should be able to do the same

I'm sure the feds would've loved to, but unless they can prove they engaged in interstate commerce it's hard for them to get involved.

Every time I see a Ruby Ridge or Waco story their downfall came from trying to see guns or modify guns. Seems like a easy trap to avoid.

All I do is grow food and mind my business.

That's infuriating.

They dropped the charges though so I consider it a happy ending.

They are pretending like they willingly dropped the charges but in reality it was likely expiring of the statute of limitations.

Ah, yep I knew about that. Sorry for being a lazy nigger about looking it up, and thank you for looking it up for me.

We could do this too if people in the dissident right would stop being scared of feds and start meeting up offline to form communities. We need something like the Free State Project except not gay.

White nationalists haven't yet figured out that they're already dead. They still think they have something to live for within the system. The system will never LET us HAVE anything.

There's a reason outlaws are called desperados.

Even the lamest offline groups end up with feds in them. Look at what happened with the Michigan governor kidnap plot. 100% fed invention "busted" during election season.

There are hoards of criminals coming over ILLEGALLY from Mehico and they're worried about this guy? Fucktard better get their priorities straight, oh wait this guy is white, the hoards are shit skins, better go after whitey.

So they must live in an area of Texas with no property taxes? I refuse to believe they wouldn't take his property by force if he wasn't paying his rent/protection money to the taxman.

[ - ] Youdgetfuckedfaggot 3 points 1.9 yearsMay 22, 2022 13:38:38 ago (+3/-0)

Or, like they said, the cost of life was simply too much to risk. Going in there guns blazing would draw attention to something almost none of us would have ever heard about, and over some gay charge and a few thousand dollars in taxes. Ideally, these guys would have put green tips through these goof pigs faces. It would be international news.

[ - ] ThisGuy 1 point 1.9 yearsMay 22, 2022 15:03:30 ago (+1/-0)

Nah. They'd quash it almost instantly. I just mean, 43 acres. That's not insignificant. Hard to believe they would just ignore that for so long.

How was this allowed? If the local law enforcement couldn't handle it, wouldn't they ask for state troopers, some bigger towns swat team, or the national guard for assistance?
