It's just as I've said in the past. If you're a conniving jew looking to fuck up a city, you don't go for chief of police. You don't become mayor. You become a DA.

And yes, they're dipshits. Law enforcement is a tool. It's not something to "ACAB" or "Blue Lives Matter" about. Both blanket veneration and demonization is the wrong stance to take.

Cops are only as good as the (((people))) above them, pulling the strings and passing the bills. You get a shitty set of laws, cops can either do their job (as they mainly do) or not do their job. You want to fix policing problems, you start at the top. Or in this case (as has been every case since the dawn of time), the jew.

The reason why policing was respected in the earlier days of America was because of a single concept: discretion. The value of any one policeman rested on his use of it, and therefore his familiarity with the communities he patrolled.

Since the 1940's, discretion has been under a steady stream of attacks. What does this mean? It means that the thinking, human component of policing has been removed. Everything has been legislated, everything has a rule, a policy, a mandate. You shall do this. You shall arrest. You shall fine any person doing such and such.

Consider the days before DUI was a mandated arrest. The policeman had discretion over whether or not to seize someone's liberties over such matters. And so Old Man Jenkins driving his tractor down the road at midnight with a fifth of whiskey in his belly? The policeman knows him. He knows his family, his work, the area. He knows that there is no victim aside from Old Man Jenkins, and seizing his liberties then and there, impounding his tractor will do him no good. And so he drives him home. He exercises discretion.

Discretion helps expose bad police officers faster, because they are forced to choose and own their choices. The jew will tell you it allowed for all sorts of corruption "back then," when in reality the corruption was simply mandated and passed as (((law))).
