The NIH website posted this article calling out the fake pandemic and the deadly response. What the hell is going on here?

They are admitting much of what we have been saying.

They are calling out all the same players we have including Fauci and Gates as meddlers that have never treated a single patient.

They are also calling out the deadly use of remvisider and ventilators.

Why the sudden turn around?

Could it be related to Putin threatening to prove the UN was running a massive depopulation program?!!

Sadly, no. These people are indoctrinated/programmed into ignoring such glaring issues. It's the heart of the meme "stop noticing" and it's derivatives.

You and I broke the programming, or somehow avoided it altogether, making it easy for us to notice such inconsistencies. Your average NPC simply cannot notice such things. And if they do, if they somehow have a thought, the entire system/cult reinforces the idea that it is bad/racist/anti-semetic/nazi/whatever to notice/think.

So they ignore the red flag and continue spouting the pre-programmed nonsense they were updated with.

Later on, when this is old news, they can point to this and other changed propaganda pieces and say "it has always been thus" thereby giving their point of view a "study says" or "we never said that".

No, it's called a 'Limited Hang Out'. Correct terminology matters for a number of reasons.

The original primary use is to deflect people who are 'on your trail' by admitting truths they know, and hinting or suggesting falsehoods to get them to investigate (and possibly believe) dead ends. That site publishes a fuckton of journal articles, including some of questionable legitimacy. This isn't someone in a position of power within government, just a lone dissident publishing his opinion to a journal that NIH normally hosts on their site. Still good to see in a medical journal though.
