Another very interesting picture that sent me down the rabbit hole.
But again, by checking all photos before and after, you can find many examples of sharp jagged edge rocks that could easily make that inprint you see.
The top segment layers seem some lava or soil and the cuts are from rocks maybe with different "density".
The picture before shows the "entrance" is very shallow, but it doesn't look nice, I suppose that is why everyone is showing the 2 you are showing..
A few photos after, you have 1064632 where there are cuts and one rock that looks like a Lego piece badly placed. Which could be almost the same scenario of the picture. Like a before and after..
And around 1064271 you see several rocks with those angles that could "fit" the hole.
But nice one.

Yeah .. it is good you have taken the time to check other shots from Sol 3466, go back just a few frames on the the 07:59 listing and you will encounter the shot published above, that has a carved rectangular outline of similar size and shape which tends to support the veracity of the original image .. maybe it is a tomb that failed to find a buyer and was never completed.
