Bad News : No real food shortage [PDF]

The link is to a recent paper by the USDA. Initial part is all doom and gloom, but if you go to the final table the amount of change to the world wheat production will be down about 2%. Not enough to actually fuck with anything. Transport & Trade may fuck with things, but this is all a wall street psyop and I fell for it.

this is all a wall street psyop

Thats what I've been thinking from the start. People freaking out over the food plant fires literally dont realize just how many food plants the usa has.

I thought that one was strange some time ago. If a hundred food plants caught fire it'd be less then 1% of our food processing capabilities going off line. Personally I was freaking out more by fertilizer shortages and trade route issues. Those may be in play, but they don't appear to effect nearly as much as the "analysts" are making out.

Said analysts are beholden to the same driving forces as so-called journalists: Produce content, generate clicks. Quality, accuracy and veracity fall by the wayside. Nobody will remember yesterday's mistakes and falsehoods anyway, as long as you keep manufacturing a new crisis for them to worry about tomorrow.

In the financial world there is the additional incentive of being able to profit greatly from the rumors you promote. Knowing they are rumors, you can profit twice over: First by jumping on the bandwagon, before anyone else has realized there's a wagon to jump on, and then by jumping off and betting against it, before anyone else has realized they're heading straight for a cliff.

I'm fine with it being a lie. I need more time to prepare for a proper SHTF. Hopefully some normie whites also god spooked and started prepping.

[ - ] VicariousJambi 2 points 2 yearsMay 18, 2022 10:47:29 ago (+2/-0)

Prepping is useless, their plan is a slow decline into the nwo. There isn't going to be some sort of sudden mass extinction event, its going to be slowly over time.

[ - ] beece 7 points 2 yearsMay 18, 2022 11:58:42 ago (+7/-0)

I call bullshit on your "Prepping is useless" claim. If you prep and don't need it you're still ahead. In peace of mind if nothing else.

It's useful for more people to start thinking in terms of long-term independence from globalism. The less dependent people are on global trade the less effective it'll be to threaten to cut them off.

It keeps saying refused to connect.

I've kind of wondered that myself if it was a lie but let's see . I would rather be lied to than killed.

if anything it made me learn Mediterranean cooking and tastes good it's cheap and healthy so either way I won.

Fucking assholes keep wanting to go rounds. I'm getting tired of finding workarounds to everything all of the time I mean there's always a way out of things( knock on wood ) but fuck im tired.

Strange, the link works repeatedly for me.

I'm tired of the BS that keeps being spouted as well. But, they keep changing the way the game is played. My dad was always tired, but I think it's because the amount of information that hit him from the TV was far larger then what he got while working (he logged, in woods 5 days a week). Life kept getting worse for him the older he got. I feel like I'm going through the same shit he was, but different occupation.

Unfortunately, if we unplug then we're likely to get blind sided. Good luck to you out there.

Relative:

I was thinking to myself the other day, why are there so many new gas stations being built and signs up saying more are going to be built?

The price of petroleum is being artificially inflated using geopolitics and media scare.

I remember reading something that oil is not finite and that it replenishes itself. The "dwindling fossil fuel" narrative is supposedly a scam.

Anyone wish to weigh in on this?

I recall reading the same basically it comes from old biomass was the thinking. Not dinos. Could be plankton, algae whatever.

It's still not a bad idea to start gardening and raising your own meat if you can.

Nothing is believable.

I'm in agreement, but at this point more for the nutritional standpoint. Food from the stores has been getting bad for a long time. If you can afford to start gardening then totally go for it.

[ - ] Autismo 0 points 2 yearsMay 18, 2022 13:44:55 ago (+0/-0)

not enough land to self-sustain from gardening unless acres and that's not even practical.

yeah, but why. What's being covered up? Or just distract from prices going up by giving a fake narrative?

[ - ] letsgetit 0 points 2 yearsMay 18, 2022 14:12:16 ago (+0/-0)

fertilizer prices still going up atm, might be more food inflation for next 1-2 yrs
