Pretty much word for word the comment I wanted to make, I’d even copied that quote from the article in preparation. Also, thanks to this ruling there is still nothing stopping a group of women setting up their own company and maintaining an exclusively female board of directors if they so choose. It might require a little bit more work than just using the power of the state to demand possession of that which others have already built, but a challenge many feminist minded ladies would undoubtedly cherish. Or maybe they’ll just make renewed efforts at that whole stealing from others by using the force of the state thing, only time will tell I guess.
