I had a stroke that was caused by a clot from my heart being in an A-fib rhythm for too long
A-fib = atrial fibrillation possibly meaning only the top half of his heart was pumping (not really enough info to diagnose perfectly)
also, a stroke means there was some damage to the brain. maybe in his case, the damage was limited or undetectable, but he's probably looking at a future where his brain is slowly turning to mush.
If you saw his temper tantrum during the voting process in 2021 the you'd realize it already was
