Don't be silly, you hand the weapon to someone standing near you, let them hold it, then put the new magazine in. Then they hand it back to you, reloaded. That's why we have fire teams in the military. I got to the 2nd prestige on Call of Duty 4. I'm an expert on the military and weapons.

The sling allows the rifle to still be near his hands so he can reload without crouching down or balancing it on his knee or some shit. If he is not wearing a sling, I’m guessing his reload is probably more awkward and if he is injured the sling helps prevent him from dropping it.

The list would have dox, as well as what they did that was wrong. For example if a judge or DA allowed child traffickers to go free you would have links to what the bad rulings were and the role the person played. Hmm, it would have to have offline backups and be editable to change if someone got something wrong. And it would take a massive group effort, but you wouldn't necessarily know what information was correct or not, so some sort of vetting system would have to be emplaced(why isn't that in spellcheck?), enforced, and overseen itself for errors.
