at 0:20 sec when he shoots the White woman, the black guy at the trunk of the car falls down around the same time as the shot White woman does but the gun was aimed and shot at the White woman so why is he falling down as if he's the one who got shot?

Looked more like the continuation of movement after the fall rather than the body reacting to him getting shot, also from what I can see there's no indication that he did hit him.

That might have been the security guard, which would explain why he was in that alcove, probably trying to get the drop on him.
