2. If he actually got covid and looked like he was in danger they'd call it something else. It'd be bad press if mr vaccine himself died of covid.
3. On the other hand it looks great if he "catches covid" and brushes it off. The vaccine works! I'm going to bet he has a cocaine hangover and doesn't want to do public appearances for a while. So "covid."
