It is their fault for renting to an ape. If they were in their mid-20’s and made such a mistake, then I would attribute it to a youthful indiscretion due to not having wisdom and life experience. White people in their 30’s and beyond should know better and have already amassed enough life experience and anecdotal evidence of their own to know that you never put Blacks on your property.

They're also a fucking idiot for letting people live in their AirBnB. He had to serve an eviction notice because in a lot of states if you stay more than 30 days you become a tenant. I tried to live in a hotel for a bit more than that while I was waiting for an apartment (that I wanted) to come available. They made me check out for a couple of days and check back in because they're not stupid.

Thats the biggest advantage of renting your place on BNB you are exempt from traditional evection processes. Its easier to get rid a of an Airbnber than it is a squatter.
