China’s Food and Strategic Commodity Reserve Administration recently issued a grain management document that scolded local governments for not giving grain storage enough political attention and for misreporting grain quality and quantity.

In general. I think they're starving. They're going to kill people to reduce demand, and the people they're going to kill are the easiest to kill (city people).
I personally see a 15% reduction in caloric output globally with this whole russia bs. If 20% of that leads to death then you'll see 237M deaths globally. Most of that will be in China, India, and third world countries that depend on imported food.
