Back before the 2008 housing crash, some friends of ours had purchased a McMansion in a new development outside of town.
The plans for the community as they were presented to the buyers included shared recreation areas with covered seating, BBQ grills and other amenities (I want to say pools and it's been so long I don't remember).
We were living in a shitbox of a house at the time and, with a growing family, we looked at them too. Nice houses and something just didn't feel right to us about it.
Fast forward to around 6 months later and the husband notices construction of a basketball court in one of the recreation areas where the pool, or whatever, was supposed to be.
Smart guy that he was, he *immediately put the house up for sale and noped out of there asap.
Within the year the development company put up a bunch of section 8 apartment buildings in among the houses.
Wasn't long before feral dindus began wandering about, stealing shit out of people's garages, breaking stuff and hustlin'/muh-dickin' in the rec areas.
So* glad we didn't buy there. Talk about dodging a bullet!
I don't even like that my gym has a basketball court. Attracts the nogs. And then they park in the handicapped space. OOh nigger has a Porsche I guess he can park wherever he wants
I like how the majority of comments there are high admixture niggers that are doing the whole "wow, I'm so sorry we're not all like that" routine, sharing stories about how they're respectful section ape niggers, as if the issue is the trashed property and not our tax dollars funding their existence in the first place.
