That "gun", i am 95% certain is actually a paintball gun loaded with oc balls(basically pepperspray) i think he would have been justified using it. They were being very aggressive, they were outnumbered, and shouldnt risk being over run and having all their weapons stolen. That being said, deploying the pepper spray gun may have initiated just that. I hate this place. (What the us has become)

All we need are sheriffs and DA saying that they will uphold the law. If you threaten someone with harm they can kill you, end of story. If you do not leave private property when asked or are damaging private property there is no limit to what the property owner can do to remove you (not applicable in this video).

If these are applied to all people evenly (also applies against police) then this all ends.
