I've come to the conclusion that libertarianism could be made based by making it so that the laws of the NAP only apply to living adult white male humans, only they should be accountable to the law, and only they should be protected by the law, only they should have the rights of ownership over their person, property, and enterprise, only their consent should carry any legal validity.
Only this one category of entity should have any kind of rights.

Rights should not be given to women, nor to children, nor to the dead.
