Most boomers aren't stupid, but most are brainwashed and get their news from the TV/MSM, so mostly hopeless. They are not used to facing hard truths and at this point in their lives most of the don't want to know. I think they're hoping everything stays relatively normal until their natural lifespan is over. 55-75 years of propaganda will do that to a person.
