Joke is on you. The designer is less than 40 years old and used the default tolerances in solidworks without bothering, or knowing how, to do a stack up.

Your positional tolerance is.010. My CMM says your at .011. Gonna have to issue a Nonconformance report. The customers engineers will get back to us in 3 months.

I’m like this with ie spackling. One extra sand, perfection? Or need to redo spackling.
