Facially it looks like a biological female, albeit old and ugly. The shoulders and arms look distinctly mannish.

I would not put it past these marketing kikes to put a woman's head on a man's body just to blur lines.

In fact, upon further inspection it is absolutely shopped. The head does not match the body at all. That's a younger man's body. The head is too small as well.
