I'm guessing they were talking with literal CIA about palace coup'n Putin and either A. Agreed to and FSB killed them B. Told FSB everything and CIA killed them or C. FSB found out about talks and preemptively killed them. You don't take out wife and kids unless you are trying to send a hard message to others. The fact that the Russian state-run media is reporting it as a murder-suicide leads me to believe FSB-niggers took them out.
