if "racism" was a real word it could mean something like believing in race (-ism is typically something like a doctrine).

If it is a word like we have been taught it would need to mean "discrimination irrationally based on race", because it isn't logical that you not discriminate for a rational reason. Using that second meaning it would mean that koreans are not racist against blacks or japanese, and many races are racist against europeans.

It is a slap on the wrist. The claim that this is a huge fine is absurd propaganda. There are tens of thousands of victims. Discrimination cases normally have determinations in the hundreds of thousands for every victim.

The cost here is only for the arbitration. The victims are getting nothing.

The businesses that lost customers due to this need to sue. They are not bound by contract to use the corrupt arbitration system.

These are clearly racist anti competitive buisness practices which are very much illegal.

The issue at play here is that Uber itself, in its contracts FORCED people to go to binding arbitration, thinking that this precluded them from ever going to court, which it did. It's funny, not because it's "not a lot of money for a giant company", but because they got hoist by their own petard.

While the promotional aspect of pushing nigger disease centers (black owned businesses) is initially disgusting, it has helped me actively avoid coon infested areas and animal feces in my food. I am still largely against it though, as there are entirely too many people willing to fuck over their own people so that they can get their jolly feel goods from supporting parasites.
