My dad installed some machines at a few factories in PA. Many Amish work at these factories (no electricity at home, but somehow it's ok to work with it at some other company). He said they were the hardest working people he had ever seen. They didn't smell too nice, from only one bath a week, but they sure put in a decent days work.

I'm pretty sure that's the opposite of Faustian.
