I am Having a Hard Time Metering My Response to the Assault on Children

I am not one to confuse emotional outbursts with the validity of an argument, and I find those who cannot regulate their emotion even during passionate discussion to be stupid.

But this "trans youth" stuff has me slipping. My instincts tell me to take a militant response, which I think is only natural given that children are being endangered. I find it difficult to discuss without becoming angry and eventually calling for the heads of those responsible.

I don't think the problem is my ability to have discussions with those I disagree with. I just think there are some things that are not up for discussion. I want to go back. I want to believe we can do it without anyone being hurt. But every day I find this world getting smaller, and this town ain't big enough for the two of us.

The only true and correct solution is the execution of those pushing for this shit. The message needs to be sent loud and clear that it will not tolerated and the response so vicious that it's never attempted again. I would like to say that we're waiting to see if there's a nonviolent solution but the social and political rejection of it is ramping up far more quickly than any other issue I've ever seen and I expect that it will become violent extremely soon.
