Thats a good one. I have a theory that this has been a known issue for centuries among the ruling classes, missionaries and charitable orgs of various civilizations. I've read historical documents detailing the hopelessness of trying to modernize africans or teach them basic sanitary procedures. They are often described as children in adult bodies. I really believe they are currently pushing race mixing for a variety of reasons, one being blacks are a net drain on society and have no hope of being socialized or productive unless they have White genetic admixture. This would theoretically increase IQ along with better social stability and delayed gratification benefits.

They have reached their evolutionary peak and are on the verge of extinction. Niggers are regressive and of no more use to Universe. Jews are breeding them on a massive scale with the idea of taking the White race out with them leaving the kikes as the dominate species.
