The faggoty nature of the character (the cross dressing, falsetto voice) is what made their depiction of satan (named HIM in the show, probably since you can't quite say his actual name in a kid's show) one of the best ones IMO. I too believe that the writers definitely knew homosexuality is one of the great evils and that assigning this trait to the devil would be quite fitting. It certainly helped add to the creepiness (along with the echo in his voice, his dialogue and his mannerisms). Also, his voice also goes from being high pitched to deep whenever he gets serious, just like a tranny lol.

And yes, he does seem to have very jewish features. The show creators definitely knew.

Ah yes, Sara Bellum, the mayor's assistant. Her name sounds like a pun of cerebellum, because she's essentially the brains behind the mayor, who is a silly little old man that relies on her for all sorts of help. Her home address is also a joke geared towards adults. 69 Yodelinda Valley, i.e. yodel in the valley, slang for eating a woman out. Yeah I have no idea how the hell that made it past the censors.

Cartoon's are created to OCCASIONALLY show us glimpses/lessons of what they world reallyu IS. THose guys (who need this) MUST be important guys who don't GET a LOT of support usually.
