It's a great plan, but your body may not agree with it. I'm in my late 40's and I shoved some big 230 lb.,30 year-old Mexican asshole around the train a few months ago and now I tore something in my shoulder and have to get surgery eventually. The only way you see 99% of those workout guys in their 40's, 50's and 60's looking all ripped and acting super-enthused about working out like that is when they're on roids and HGH. I find now that cuts and injuries take twice as long to heal now as when I was in my early 30's and believe me I was an all-natural beast. Didn't get sick at all during the entire Coronahoax until like 3 months ago when I got a mild upper respiratory infection.
