Soon can be a relative word. I know you don't have a crystal ball, but what's your estimation on how "soon" AV1 could become commonplace

What LaGrange will endeavour to do is open an AV1 link in an associated software package, like VLC or whatever you are using on your computer.

So if you had a video you were trying to stream on LaGrange it would attempt to open it in VLC on your computer and you'd end up watching it in VLC? I'm somewhat a noob to this, but theoretically couldn't a VLC...idk...plugin? be developed to be integrated into LaGrange so it would just play in LaGrange?
