Throughout history, the gene that made women take up a sword to defend her home against the "Rapist"/"Pillager" from the other tribe was "killed", so to speak, because these women obviously did not survive when taking up arms in defense. Males want to hold or gain territory and resources to maintain or increase their access to females. That is why all wars are fought. Thats why men fight wars, not women.
