Not interested in watching a 13 minute video, but I was interested in what this "tiny tweak" was. From one of the comments: "'a tiny tweak' gives the impression of a little change. Actually implementing a working quantum computer will be a very difficult challenge."
So, no, it isn't a "tiny tweak". Quantum computing has been a holy grail for many years, and it's still a long ways off.
