They weren't soldiers. Just regular people who took up arms to defend their homeland when it was attacked.

This was in an area that wasn't close to any active front, and so they weren't expecting enemy contact. Still, it's a foolish mistake to let your guard down like that and it cost them their lives.

The tank was disabled before the other tank fired it's shot.

How it got disabled who knows, but it was already there from the start and is again there in the aftermath meaning the two videos are shot in the same location and are of the same incident.

The terrain is different. The video showing the shot is on flat ground. The “after” video shows ruts that are at least a couple feet deep, given the angle the busted tank tracks are sitting on.
