Does anyone have the source on the 12/56% data that is new? The older 13/52% stuff is a couple of years older. The newest data appears to show niggers at 44%.
If you stop arresting and charging them the percentage is going to drop. They aren't fucking with the data, they're recording how much worse it's getting by proxy.
It doesn't look correct for a couple of years ago when I was keepong up with it. Also, they did away with that system as of 2021 they have new metrics and gathering criteria.
