I thought it might be (((Jared Kushner))) but it isn’t from other pictures I’ve looked at.

You can search for Illuminati eye or black eye and find shit even on Pinterest. A few years back the pope, the president, actors, royals, pop stars either had a black eye or were intentionally covering an eye in a photo. Very suspect.
