Just yesterday, some dog (at a park near my house that's not a dog park, but routinely used as one) ran across the street and tore a cat apart. The owner rounded it up and took off. Witnesses knocked on the lady's door and told her what happened.
I'm just waiting to find out the owner and dog type....My guess; it won't be a surprise.
