Haven't watched SNL in a while but I think this is recent? Imagine if this is what you could tune in and see. It almost feels like it used to. Things were funny.
You weren't beat over the head with heavy handed propaganda. It wasn't a lecture. You watched comedy and laughed.
He was reading cue cards and had never seen those jokes before. I think the writer inserted the cards when the segment started because the "news guy" wouldn't have said the jokes if he knew about them in advance.
Edit: Nope, not quite. This is a thing Colin Jost and Michael Che do, they each read jokes they've never seen before as a "gift" for each other.
Genuinely cool story, but there are fewer people I dislike in the world than Michael Che. I stopped watching that kiked out garbage in the late ‘90’s, minus the occasional clip that someone sends me and says, “OMG, you haaaaaave to see this….sO fuNny!”
The only reason I know the context of that is because I looked it up and watched the entire segment. I can't stand he nigger either, and like most niggers, he has cognitive dissonance because he can write truthful jokes about nigger behavior and then act offended or outraged when someone suggests that the behavior could actually be real.
I've seen this before, there's a black guy next to him who wrote the "most offensive jokes" and the white guy had to read it out. Then the white guy wrote out offensive jokes and the black guy had to read his out
So, the backstory behind this is that this guy and his friend - a black comedian - had a thing going where they'd write jokes for each other and they'd have to cold-read the jokes, live.
