I know the guy I get my beef from. It comes from less than 10 miles from me. He also harvests catfish with a trotline, on a local river that runs through his land. I've been to the farm and seen his operation. Good food is important. Just bought a couple pounds of beef and a pound of tallow Monday. If you don't know about tallow, you better ask somebody.

Know your local farmer and grazier. Today the neighbor down the road is delivering a half of beef she raised herself on 100 percent grass. It should tide me over until we are able to harvest our own beeves. Do business with your local White farmers to reduce dependence on 'the system' and build community.
