The ATF blatantly ignores plain language in the US constitution; trying to argue around "mere technicalities" in what they do beyond that isn't productive unless you happen to get a judge with some stones hearing the case. The law is broken and you're still trying to work within it.

If right wing media weren't run by kikes, this would be our George Floyd. The dude is the embodiment of the American spirit and there isn't a clearer case of how the government is our enemy. Normie conservatives could grasp this and they've never heard of it.
