Russia Ukraine peace talks 3/29/22 (thesaker.is)

Russia’s top negotiator Vladimir Medinsky has disclosed the key points of Istanbul talks:

▪️Ukraine is ready to become a neutral state, unable to own nuclear weapons, with internationally guaranteed independence

▪️Guarantees will not be extended to Donbass region and Russia owned Crimean Peninsula – which would make Kiev formally abandon idea to annex them militarily

▪️Ukraine would be unable to have any military presence – including NATO and Russian forces

▪️Russia does not oppose Ukraine potentially joining the European Union

▪️Kiev is requesting for final treaty to be formalised by Russian and Ukrainian heads of states

The chance for Poland to invade and get back their stolen land is evaporating quickly. They better do it in the next couple of weeks if they are going to do it at all. Belarus wants their land back too. During these two wars to correct the bad decisions of history China might take it's turn to get Taiwan back...which I am still believing will happen on or around April 19th regardless if Poland or Belarus makes a move.

tldr it's not going anywhere

That's not what it means and Ukraine doesn't have to annex anything, nobody that matters recognized Russia's claims, it's still Ukraine's. No agreements have been made over the Donbass and Crimea yet, it will be part of future negotiations, that's only what it means and no progress will be made because Russia wants to try its luck after redeploying there.
