I saw nirvana on Halloween in Dayton Oh just before Courtney killed Kurt.. Between songs Everyone in the front was heckling Dave for being a shitty drummer and an asshole. You could tell it was pissing him off be he kept bitching at people off on the side stage. I seem to remember the rest of the band thought it was funny as hell. Apparently it happened at every show.
The concert was ok, they were all so fucked up that my stoned-drunk 16 year old ass noticed and was irritated by it. The best part was Dave being heckled incessantly. I thought the opener, the screaming trees, were better.

Dave Grohl (Foo Fighters) was the drummer from Nirvana and he is fucking good. Drums for Queens of the Stone Age for two albums, the only two drummers that a led zep fan would tolerate is Grohl and Jason Bonham (son of the original Zep drummer John Bonham)

im in no way a Nirvana fan by the way i think they were overrated but Grohl is good.

Have you had a recent head injury? Grohl is descent at drums, and as much as I try to separate the art from the artist he's a degenerate piece of shit and there are tons of better drummers than him. Foo Fighters always got more credit than they deserved, the whole fucking band. Nirvana did too. The only reason either of those bands are even cared about is because Courtney Love had Kurt killed, and as far as I'm concerned Dave Ghrol possibly had a hand in it.

If you learned to love from fucking Kurt Cobain then both of your parents need their ass kicked. My parents never argued in front of me, they didn't drink to excess in front of us, they never even raised their voices to each other except for one time when we were supposed to be asleep and their bedroom door was closed. I still don't know what they were arguing about. My father taught me to respect nature, and my mother taught me how to avoid people that were degenerate. I'll fully admit that I didn't know I learned those lessons until I was too old to really need them. But if you've learned to love from some popstar I really don't know what to say.

I taught guitar one summer. I had the students play nirvana/foo fighters as as they were transitioning from just learning chords to playing whole songs because they were so simple.
