I'm really beginning to think we lost this war...

As of last month, the American Bar Association is requiring all accredited law schools to “provide education to law students on bias, cross-cultural competency, and racism,” both at the start of law school and “at least once again before graduation.” That’s in addition to a mandatory legal ethics class, which must now instruct students that they have a duty as lawyers to “eliminate racism.” (The American Bar Association, which accredits almost every law school in the United States, voted 348 to 17 to adopt the new standard.)

Came in the thread to say: It seems in this case it's Mr Durden that's behind the times.

It's not the philosophy; it's who is making the judgements. Invariably, the perps in these injustices are female and affirmative action cases, and the outraged old guard are white males (themselves, in many cases, avowed leftists). Justice cannot be implemented, according to a framework based on millennia of white, Western, male though, by others. The reason accused are guaranteed a jury of their peers is because it's plain that 12 who hate the defendant will be disinclined toward fairness. This consequence -- the perversion of justice -- is entirely predictable, and, for that, the egalitarian old guard have only themselves to blame.

People in charge of accrediting medical schools are also eliminating meritocracy in favor of equity. The longer we put this off, the more bloodshed there is going to be, either in the form of hunting down and killing these people or getting killed by these idiotic policies.

Did anyone see the sentencing of juicy smolliay? The judge who sentenced him to 150day had a nice long diatribe about all the globo-homo shit before passing judgement. And that's a judge willing to punished the literally niggerfaggot jew.
