I've been following Benjamin's work for over 10 years now. If you all are not familiar with him maybe check him out. Go look at his earlier work and see if you think what he has been talking about has come to pass. I think he is a good guy and a kind of clearing house for the various contacts he has. Seems to be trying his best. These types of videos he makes for Japan are sure odd and fun.
