Damn that was painful.

This is one of the saddest stories I’ve read in a while. How completely devastating.

I think its rape. It should be criminally punished like rape.

I think I need to call bullshit on this story. My kids look like me. I happen to have an odd mutation and my two boys have it as well. My daughter and I have many similar features. I can't believe the father wouldn't have suspected anything at all. This is a black pill to keep White men from dedicating themselves to women and give up.

I knew two old guys that were cuckolds. Coincidentally, both had mumps when they were young men which made them sterile.

The one guy (OG1) was screwing several of the local whores and eventually one got knocked up. (Since she was a whore she was screwing other guys as well.) She did not know that he was sterile, however, and accused him of being the father. She said they needed to get married and he agreed. She birthed a boy, and about a year later birthed another boy from the same father. (I told you she was a whore.) Years later she had a third son from a different guy. OG1 loved these boys, raised them as his own, and everybody else thought they were his.

Now, nobody knew about the situation with OG1 being sterile. The only reason anybody found out was because he started talking about it after the boys were grown. My dad was friends with him and eventually they got to be talking about it. My dad asked why he would marry her when he knew she couldn't possibly be pregnant from him. He told my dad that after she confronted him he got to thinking. He felt sorry for the unborn kid and didn't want it to grow up without a father. (There was a lot of societal stigma back then, 1950s, as compared to now.) OG1 also realized that he wanted to be a father and have a family and this was his opportunity. Believe it or not, that couple stayed together until he finally succumbed to cancer. They were married 30+ years.

The next guy (OG2) dated a woman and got married. He also knew he was sterile, but he didn't tell her before the marriage. They were married several years before his wife got pregnant. He hoped that by some miracle the kid was his, but was always suspicious that his wife cheated on him. She gave birth to a boy. About 15 years later OG2 went to a treatment facility for alcoholism. At the treatment center they have sessions where the entire family has to get together and talk about family problems. In one of these sessions OG2 told his wife that he knew she cheated on him and that their son was not his. She denied it until he told her the story about how he had the mumps before he met her and was diagnosed as sterile. She broke down crying and admitted to having an affair. Those two stayed married until his death about 50 years later.

I think the story in OPs post is either bullshit, or the father knew all along the girls weren't his. He might have been in a similar situation as the guys I wrote about above. Maybe he knew he was sterile but wanted a family. He was fine with the situation because he loved his wife and their children. He was so appreciative of his family because he knew it gave him the opportunity to have a family with everybody thinking the children were his blood. That made him a loving husband and father.

Maybe he even got to the point where he was lying to himself and believing he was actually the biological father. His fantasy came to an end when the DNA tests showed otherwise and he simply didn't have the mental wherewithal to deal with the situation. He might also have been having other mental issues nobody knew about and the truth coming out pushed him over the edge.

That hit me in the feels. Naturally, I take everything from Reddit with a grain of salt, but this sounds very personal.

The foundation matters. Building upon a solid foundation matters. The main problem with the level of betrayal and deceit here is that people, inherently, are capable of living with a complete lie like they have no regard that it's a lie to begin with. I've been shocked in the past by how easily it can become for women to ignore reality like it's a situation that will never come back to bite them. I'm certain that there's some women who feel the exact same way about what they've encountered with some men.

Have you ever thought about what it would do to the population everywhere if someone demanded a DNA test of everyone to confirm their lineage? Nearly everyone who has been in an affair or knows their children might have been the results of one would scream at the top of their lungs. Naturally, no one would be able to compel a DNA test, but it would get everyone's curiosity up to determine their true parentage.

The right reaction would had been ending all those that had wronged him so badly.
