On the one hand, I appreciate what Judicial Watch has done; at the very least, they've exposed many, many instances where the government and particular officials behave renegade toward the law. Their work has made it inarguable that these officials are above that very law, that we are ruled by extra-governmental agencies, which makes our system no better than organized crime, really.
On the other hand, what in God's name has all of this accomplished? Or maybe I should say, what are any further attempts to fix this system legally accomplishing? All the FOIA requests. All the lawsuits. In six years, what has been accomplished?
On this side of the argument, we could look at the countless lawsuits filed, and the resilience of these groups as things which no longer work to convince normies, but instead push them further into their own conclusions. Once you're 'losing' enough, and you keep trying, it starts to act as evidence against you. "Oh look he's filing more lawsuits. That's cute. What a nutjob."
Of course, I'm speaking as if I were one of these people, but I'm confident I can anticipate this being the response of the average woke fuck. The news cycle we are now a part of makes anything that isn't successfully challenged within two weeks of its actual happening completely dead in the water. Let's say Pelosi released documents that made Jan 6 out to be a joke. It wouldn't matter. NPC's have already determined the reality. No document or a truckload of them is changing shit.
At the end of the day, this stuff is all poster boards and game pieces. Nobody cares. There is one group that wants A for the future of the world, and another group that wants B for the future of the world. We all know the stakes at this point. Truth doesn't matter. This is about human will and ideology. The legal system stopped being legal a while ago.
You forgot about the C group who don't really care. This is the largest group. Their beliefs sway with the wind. They don't feel strongly about politics or knowing the truth. Sure, they will take sides on issues when put to the task because it's trendy, but will choose who everyone else sides with or the popular lowest hanging fruit.
