In October 1989 Randy Weaver sold illegal weapons to a BATF informant, when BATF agents later attempted to enlist Weaver as an informant in their investigation of the Aryan Nations he refused to cooperate, seven months later he was indicted for the illegal weapons sales.
"Mr Weaver had been given three conflicting dates on which to appear .. when he was arraigned on the weapons charges in January 1991 he was told that his trial would commence on February 19, 1991, two weeks later the court clerk notified the parties that the trial date had been changed to February 20, 1991."
Shortly thereafter, the U.S. Probation Office sent Weaver a letter which incorrectly referenced his trial date as March 20, 1991. After Weaver failed to appear for trial on February 20, the court issued a bench warrant for his arrest. Deputy US Marshal 42 yo William Francis Degan shot the Weaver's dog where upon 14 yo Samuel Weaver shot him dead, where after he was himself shot dead when the other Marshals returned fire. The next day on August 22, 1992 FBI sniper Lon Horiuchi fired two shots from 200 yards away, conflicting accounts say Randy Weaver was hit in the arm and that family friend Kevin Harris was wounded.
That Horiuchi's next bullet killed Vicki Weaver and her infant daughter precipitating an 11 day standoff, Harris and Randy Weaver later surrendered both were acquitted of murder, conspiracy and other Federal charges .. The US Marshal shot the Weaver's dog .. it is well known officers of the law shoot aggressive dogs, in anticipation of a visit from lawmen following his failure to appear on the shotgun charge Randy Weaver should have kept the dog chained up.
Even if we pretend shooting dogs is acceptable behaviour, they weren't even at the house. They were in another area of his property where weavers' kid was walking his dog.

It's not a false flag but it is useful propaganda material for the Reich. It's a simple story with emotional weight and now the courts have cleared Weaver so there is no room for opposition. Saying it's a false flag feigns government distrust yet discredits a solid case story against them. You've made room for opposing arguments out of thin air, and this is brilliant but now fairly standard counter-propaganda. It's also a terrible tragedy, but none of that matters to political movements which care only for objectives as in war.
